<윤리규정>

제 1 조
이 규정은 한국공간구조학회(이하 학회)의 모든 회원이 학회의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 역할을 수행하는 과정에서
준수해야 할 윤리적 원칙과 기준을 규정함을 목적으로 한다.

제 2 조
학회의 모든 회원들은 학회의 연구윤리 관련 규정을 반드시 준수해야 한다.

제 3 조
학회 모든 회원은 교육 및 연구에 관련된 제반 활동에 있어 학자와 연구자로서의 양심과 윤리에 충실하여야 한다.

제 4 조
학회 모든 회원은 타인의 저작권을 존중하며, 타인의 연구결과를 자신의 연구결과인 것처럼 논문에 제시하거나
기술하지 않는다.

제5조 (저자됨 기준)

저자 자격은 다음 네 가지 조건을 모두 충족해야 합니다.

1. 연구의 개념 및 설계, 데이터의 수집, 분석 및 해석 등에 실질적으로 기여할 것

2. 논문의 초안을 작성하거나 중요한 지적 내용에 대해 비판적으로 수정할 것

3. 출판될 논문의 최종 버전에 대해 승인할 것

4. 연구의 모든 측면에 대해 책임을 지고, 연구의 정확성이나 진실성에 관한 의문이 제기될 경우 적절히 조사하고 해결하는 데 동의할 것

모든 저자는 이 네 가지 조건을 모두 충족해야 하며, 논문 투고 후 저자 변경(추가, 삭제, 순서 변경)이 있을경우, 모든 저자가 서명한 소명서를 통해 편집자에게 설명해야 합니다. 또한, 모든 저자는 저작권 양도 절차를 완료해야 합니다

1. 한국공간구조학회는 한 논문에 대해 복수의 교신저자를 허용하지 않습니다. 한 명의 저자만이 논문에 대해 편집부 및 독자와 소통할 수 있습니다. 그러나 공동 제1저자가 연구를 동등하게 수행한 것이 명확할 경우, 제1저자에 대한 공동 기여 표시는 허용됩니다.

2. 한국공간구조학회는 출판 후에는 편집진의 실수로 인한 경우를 제외하고 저자 정보를 수정하지 않습니다. 저자 정보는 논문 제출 후, 출판 전까지 모든 저자가 저자 변경을 요청할 경우에만 변경할 수 있습니다.

제 6 조 (표절에 관한 규정)

1. 본 학회는 고의적으로나 또는 의도하지 않았다고 해도 출처를 명확하게 밝히지 않은 채, 타인의 지적재산을
임의로 사용하는 것을 표절로 정의한다.

2. 본 학회는 다음의 세 가지 형태를 표절의 대표적 행위로 규정한다.

① 타 논문의 아이디어, 논리, 고유한 용어, 데이터, 분석체계를 출처를 밝히지 않고 임의로 활용한 경우

② 출처는 밝히지만 인용부호 없이 타인의 저술이나 논문의 많은 부분 또는 아이디어 등을 원문 그대로 옮긴 경우

③ ①, ②항 이외에도 논문집 편집위원회나 연구윤리위원회에서 표절로 판정하는 경우

제 7 조
본 학회지에 이미 게재되었거나, 심사 중에 표절의혹이 제기된 논문에 대한 표절판정 및 제재 여부는 일차적으로
학회 편집위원회가 담당한다. 그러나 본 학회 윤리규정 위반에 관한 제소가 있을 경우 연구윤리위원회를 구성하여
위반 여부 및 징계에 관한 사안을 심의·의결 한다.

제 8 조
표절이 확인된 저자 및 논문에 대해서 편집위원회 심의를 거쳐 다음과 같은 제재를 가한다.

1. 해당 학술지 논문목록 삭제

2. 논문투고자 향후 논문투고 금지(최소 3년 이상)

3. 학회 홈페이지 공지

4. 원문서비스 목록 삭제

5. 표절가담자의 소속기관에 표절사실의 통보

6. 한국학술진흥재단에 해당 내용에 대한 세부사항 통보

제 9 조
다른 학술지에 게재된 논문이 본 학회지에 중복되어 게재된 것으로 판정될 경우에도 표절과 동일한 절차로
제재를 가한다.

제 10 조
표절 및 중복게재가 명확한 경우에는 필요에 따라 본 학회 해당 절차를 거쳐 윤리위원회에 제소한다.

제 11 조
연구관련 윤리위원회는 학회의 회원이 본 학회 윤리규정을 위반하여 문제를 발생시켰을 경우에 필요한 세부사항을
결정하기 위하여 구성하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

제 12 조 (연구관련 윤리위원회 구성)

1. 본 운영규정의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 윤리위원회를 설치·운영한다.

2. 윤리위원회는 위원장1인 및 부위원장 1인을 포함하여 7명으로 구성한다.

3. 윤리위원회의 위원장, 부위원장 그리고 위원의 위촉은 임원 3분의 1 이상, 정회원 10명 이상의 천거에 의해
결정한다.

4. 윤리위원장과 부위원장 그리고 위원의 임기는 2년으로 한다.

제 13 조 (윤리위원회 기능)

1. 제소된 회원의 윤리규정 위반 여부 심의 및 필요한 규칙 제정

2. 제소된 사안에 대해 접수된 날로부터 9주 이내 심의 의결 처리

4. 제소된 사안 및 회원에 대한 제명, 자격정지, 공개사과 등 징계의 종류와 공표

제 14 조 (윤리헌장 위반의 제소)

1. 윤리위원회에 제소하기 위해서는 정회원 20인 이상의 서명을 받아야 한다.

2. 윤리규정 위반으로 제소된 임원과 회원은 본 학회 윤리위원회에서 행하는 조사에 협조하여야 한다.

제 15 조 (소명 기회와 비밀 보장)

1. 윤리규정 위반으로 윤리위원회에 제소된 자는 확정이 되기 전까지 회원으로서의 권리를 유지한다.

2. 윤리규정 위반으로 윤리위원회에 제소된 자에 관하여서는 충분한 소명기회 부여하는 것을 원칙으로 한다.

3. 윤리위원은 위원회의 공식적인 결정이 내려질 때까지 당사자의 신원을 외부에 공개할 수 없다.

제 16 조 (윤리위원회 운영규정 개정)
윤리위원회 운영규정의 개정절차는 본 학회 회칙 개정 절차에 준한다.

부 칙

본 윤리위원회 운영규정은 운영이사회의 심의를 거쳐 총회의 의결을 통해 2007년 7월 1일부터 효력을 발생한다.

Journal of research ethics relevant provisions

Article 1 T his regulation has purpose of providing ethical principles and standards that all
members of the Korean Association for Spatial Structures should follow as they perform
their own roles during process of accomplishing purpose of the Association.

Article 2 All members of the Association must follow regulations related to research ethics.

Article 3 A ll members of the Association should be conscientious and ethical for various activities
related to education and research as scholars and researchers.

Article 4 A ll members of the Association should respect copyrights of others and should not
present or state other personnel’s research outcome as their own research outcome in
their thesis.

Article 5 Authorship
Authorship credit should be based on 1) substantial contributions to conception and design, acquisition of data, and/or analysis and interpretation of data; AND 2) drafting the article or revising it critically for important intellectual content; AND 3) final approval of the version to be published; AND 4)agreement to be accountable for all aspects of the work in ensuring that questions related to the
accuracy or integrity of any part of the work are appropriately investigated and resolved. Every
author should meet ALL of these four conditions. After the initial submission of a manuscript, any
changes whatsoever in authorship (adding author(s), deleting author(s), or re-arranging the order of
authors) must be explained by a letter to the editor from the authors concerned. This letter must be
signed by all authors of the paper. Copyright assignment must also be completed by every author.

1. Corresponding author and first author: Journal of Korean Association for Spatial Structures
does not allow multiple corresponding authors for one article. Only one author should
correspond with the editorial office and readers for one article. Journal of Korean Association
for Spatial Structures does accept notice of equal contribution for the first author when the
study was clearly performed by co-first authors.

2. Correction of authorship after publication: Journal of Korean Association for Spatial Structures
does not correct authorship after publication unless a mistake has been made by the editorial
staff. Authorship may be changed before publication but after submission when an authorship
correction is requested by all of the authors involved with the manuscript.

Article 6 Regulations on plagiarism
1. The Association defines voluntary use of other personnel’ s intellectual property without clear
definition of the source as plagiarism whether it happened intentionally or unintentionally.
2. The Association regulates following two cases as typical plagiarism acts;
When idea, theory, specialized terminology, data and analysis system from other thesis are voluntarily
used without stating the source.
When the source is defined, but lots of parts or idea from other personnel’ s writing or thesis is copied
without quotation marks.

Article 7 Plagiarism judgment and imposing sanction for thesis that has been published in the
journal or alleged to be plagiarism found during the evaluation are primarily taken
charged by the Editorial Committee of Association. However, when there is a lawsuit
according to breach of ethical regulations for the Association, the Committee of
Research Ethics will be organized to deliberate and resolve issues on allegation and
disciplinary actions.

Article 8 For thesis and author of report that is confirmed as plagiarism, the Editorial Committee
will deliberate and decide punishments as follows according to gravity of plagiarism;
1. Deletion of the relevant thesis in the list of the Journal.
2. (Probation of thesis submission by the author. (For at least 3 years)
3. Announcement in the homepage of Association.
4. Delete from original text service list.
5. Notice of plagiarism to organizations, where author and accomplices belong.
6. Notice of plagiarism in details to the Korea Research Foundation.

Article 9 When a thesis that has been published in other academic journal is duplicated in this
journal, it is defined as plagiarism and same restriction procedure is adopted.

Article 10 For cases when plagiarism and duplicated publication are clear, appropriate
procedures of the Association should be followed when necessary, in order to file a
lawsuit to the Ethics Committee.

Article 11 Ethics Committee related to research has purpose to be constituted in order to decide
necessary details when a member of the Association causes issues by violating ethical
regulations.

Article 12 Constitution of Ethics Committee related to research:
1. In order to fulfill the purpose of management regulation, the Ethics Commission is organized
and managed.
2. The Ethics Committee will have 7 members in total including 1 Chairman and 1 Vice-chairman.
3. Appointment of the Chairman, Vice-chairman and members will be decided by recommendations
made by more than 1/3 of executives and 10 or members.
4. Term of the Chairman, Vice-chairman and members of the Ethics Committee is 2 years.

Article 13 Function of Ethics Committee
1. Deliberation of sued member’ s alleged violation of ethical regulation and establishment of
necessary rules.
2. Deliberation and decision over the lawsuit within 90 days from the first date when it was filed.
3. Announcement of the lawsuit and decision of punishment including expulsion of membership,
suspension of qualification, public apology and more.

Article 14 Lawsuit over violation of Charter of Ethics:
1. In order to file a lawsuit to the Ethics Committee, signatures from 20 or more regular members
of the Association are required.
2. Executive and member, who are sued for violation of ethical regulation, should cooperate with
the investigation that is conducted by the Ethics Committee of the Association.

Article 15 Vindication opportunity and confidentiality
1. Personnel, who are sued by the Ethics Committee due to breaching of ethics regulation, will
maintain their rights as a member.
2. Personnel, who are sued by the Ethics Committee due to breaching of ethics regulation, will have
enough opportunities for vindication in principles.
3. The Ethics Committee cannot publicize identity of the personnel until the Committee makes final
decision.

Article 16 (Revision of management regulation of the Ethics Committee): Revision procedure of
management regulation of the Ethics Committee follows regulation procedure of the
Association.

Supplementary Provision
Management regulations of this Ethics Committee is reviewed by the Executive Board, decided by the
General Assembly and is effective from July 1, 2007
